Standard Features
- Exposed nails are galvanized to prevent rust spots or weather stains.
- The doors are reinforced with 2x4s for increased strength and include a keyed latch for your protection.
- Buildings have 40 yr. metal roofing or limited lifetime architectural shingles and aluminum drip edge
- All exposed lumber is pressure treated to prevent termite damage and rotting. This includes our large 4×6 runners, floor joists, plywood floor, trim, and T1-11 siding.
- A series of air vents are positioned to create optimal air circulation and temperature control.
- Building sizes are measured from outside wall to outside wall – not eave to eave as some competitors.
- Buildings are sprayed with wood sealer to help retain their new look longer.
- Buildings are built with black hardware including decorative, heavy-duty hinges.
