We have a gable or utility, a mini barn with 4′ sides, we build a barn with lofts for extra storage. We also have a saltbox and cottage shed that have the doors on the long wall and the roof is offset. We build cabins that feature a front porch on the gable end or short side of the building. We also build garages and double garages suitable for storing cars or trucks. People use our sheds for other purposes too, like home offices, pool houses and playhouses. Some even set them up for guest houses, camps, craft rooms, she sheds, man caves, dog kennels and chicken coops. Let you imagination go! We would be glad to discuss the possibilities with you.

Most likely you will need a permit from your town, boro or township. You would need to check with them for sure. I do keep some permit applications on hand but unfortunately | don’t have access to all of them. They can change without notice.

We do both. If we have access to the site we bring it in on a trailer or we can use the mule machine. If not and we can get close enough to carry the materials then we can build on site for an additional cost.

Depending on our schedule, if we have it in stock it normally takes about a week or so. If we have to build it for you then generally you would be looking between 2 and 6 weeks. That depends if we have to order materials that we don’t have in stock (like some vinyl siding). We tell people by the time you get your site level we should be pretty close to having your building ready.

We take cash and good checks. We also can take cards but it does cost more to use a credit or debit card.

It is always better if you come into our office where we can discuss all the details, see color charts etc. We have sold buildings through emails and snail mail if that is easier for you to do. We usually need a signature on the contract and a deposit to order.

No, but we can give you contact information for people who do that kind of work. We also have information available if you wanted to do the site prep yourself. It is important that your site is level both front to back and side to side.

We offer wood siding which can be painted or urethaned. We also do metal and vinyl siding. We can use shingles or metal for the roofing material.

You can customize your building to some degree. We have specific styles but those can be customized with door and window placement and other options.

The delivery is included up to 25 miles. After that the current cost is $ 5.00 a loaded mile. This is subject to change because of the fuel prices. We can deliver to most of Norhwestern Pa. and Northeastern, Ohio. We deliver to. The Pittsburgh area and also to the Youngstown area.
